Governor Charlie Baker announced today he is sending $109 million in federal stimulus funding to four communities hard hit by the pandemic: Chelsea, Everett, Methuen, and Randolph. The municipalities had received far less than their neighbors in an earlier disbursement of funds due to the federal COVID-19 relief law.
