2021 Impact Assessment Report Available   We are excited to announce the posting of the 2021 National Impact Assessment of CMS Quality Measures Report (2021 Impact Assessment Report) on the CMS website. CMS assesses the quality and efficiency impact of endorsed measures every three years.  The 4th triennial Impact Assessment Report includes a careful analysis of the quality measures used in 26 CMS quality programs and provides valuable information to guide us in our commitment to put patients first. The data-driven results of this Report support the use of measures in CMS quality programs to drive quality improvement across facilities and settings nationwide. The report reflects substantial improvements in recent years in quality of care, cost efficiency, and burden reduction, as well as positive survey feedback on the impact of CMS measures.
