Due to the surge in positive COVID-19 cases in the St. Cloud area, CentraCare is reinstating visitor restrictions at several facilities beginning today. In hospital and clinic settings, only one healthy visitor is allowed per patient; for minor patients, two healthy adult visitors are allowed. In hospital settings, the visitor must be the same person for the patient's entire length of stay, except for patients at end of life. All visitors must wear masks. St. Cloud State University is being recognized by Colleges of Distinction, a guide for college-bound students that focuses on the categories of engaged students, great teaching, vibrant communities and successful outcomes. Today, the Stearns County board will consider adopting the 2022 preliminary budget and property tax levy. The final budget and levy will be approved in December.
