Abortion at the Supreme Court   Check Out New and Updated KFF Resources to Learn More About the Future of Abortion in the United States   Today the Supreme Court heard the first abortion case that could overturn Roe v. Wade. The case, Thomas E. Dobbs, State Health Officer of the Mississippi Department of Health v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, involves a Mississippi law banning nearly all abortions over 15 weeks gestational age. Mississippi is asking the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v.
