Anti-inflammatory diet may help reduce cognitive decline

Research published in the journal Neurology suggests that people who eat foods with greater inflammatory potential could experience higher risk for dementia and cognitive decline. Beneficial anti-inflammatory foods include fatty, cold-water fish, fresh vegetables and fruits, lean meats, eggs, and herbs and spices.
