TDI extends deadline for data required by parity rules

View as webpage Submission deadline moved from December 1 to January 15 The Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Parity rules require health benefit plan issuers (including grandfathered plans, short-term limited duration plans, and Multiple Employer Welfare Associations) to submit data. For the initial data submission, the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) will accept data submitted by January 15, 2022. TDI will publish the final reporting form by November 15, 2021. The data reporting form will be available on the Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Parity Rules webpage.
