Register to join webinar about TDI's enhanced clean claims reporting portal

TDI is hosting a webinar at 2 p.m. December 8 to introduce the enhanced clean claims reporting portal. Managed care carriers must use the portal to report claim-level data and quarterly payments.

TDI adopted revisions to 28 TAC Section 21.2821, which will be effective for claim data on and after January 1, 2022. The first reporting will be due in the portal by May 15, 2022.

During the webinar, we will demonstrate how to report quarterly payments and options to upload data files or manually enter data into the portal. A recording of the webinar will be made available.

We encourage you to invite your technical staff to this webinar. Share this JSON schema and mapping document (Excel) with your technical staff to capture the new required data beginning January 1, 2022.

If you would like us to test your JSON file: Email it using test data to PromptPay@tdi.texas.gov. After we run the test, we will let you know if it uploaded successfully or explain what corrections are needed.
