Focusing on reducing administrative costs through artificial intelligence and machine learning, it’s the first new insurer to enter the Massachusetts MA market since 2013, according to a recent news release. With its 117,650 members, Massachusetts’ MA market is currently led by Point32Health. Point32Health launched in June 2021 following the combination of Tufts Health Plan and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.
