Premier Benefits, an independent marketing organization
(“IMO”) based near Baltimore, Maryland. As part of the acquisition,
Tony Holland, CEO of Global Premier Benefits, will become a Managing
Partner in Integrity. Financial terms of the transaction were not
disclosed.
