Uncertainty about next
year's market: For plan year 2023,
CMS will no longer renew contracts for many plans that look like Dual
Eligible Special Needs Population plans (D-SNP's) but aren't.
In response, Deft Research has produced an analysis identifying which
plans are on the chopping block. The analysis will help competing
Medicare Advantage plans and marketing agencies understand the potential
for member disruption and its opportunity in the upcoming AEP.
