Why it matters: Factors for increasing uncouthness in the
workplace include effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, a tight job market, the
internet and an influx of younger generations into the workforce, some experts
say. Although times are changing and some societal norms are growing more
outdated, basic business etiquette, such as using proper English in
