Justices Again Delay Lifting Title 42 For Review

The U.S.
Supreme Court on Tuesday granted a request from Republican officials in 19
states to block Title 42 from being lifted, agreeing to consider their
challenge to a D.C. federal court's decision to end the use of the public
health law to rapidly expel migrants arriving during the pandemic.
