DALLAS –

an independent marketing organization (“IMO”) based in Little Rock,
Arkansas. As part of the acquisition, Richard
Dale “RD” Roulston, President of MediSource, will become a
Managing Partner in Integrity. Financial terms of the acquisition were
not disclosed.
