TDI changes mandated benefits data collection

The Texas Department of Insurance has issued a bulletin about a change in the collection of mandated benefits data. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, TDI will collect the 2019 mandated health benefits data in 2021. At that time, health benefit plan issuers will report 2019 and 2020 data.
