TDI meeting on draft mental health parity rule is June 30

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) will have an informal meeting via conference call at 2 p.m. June 30 on the draft rule on enforcement of mental health parity. The draft rule includes requirements for data and analyses that health plans must maintain and submit to TDI.
