...has entered an agreement to acquire St. Luke's Hospital in Maumee, Ohio. The deal would mark the company's first hospital acquisition outside of Michigan. McLaren currently operates 14 hospitals in Michigan, and its health insurance unit enrolls 254,983 members. Nearly 80% of McLaren's members are enrolled in a managed Medicaid plan.
