an independent marketing organization (“IMO”) based in Phoenix, Arizona.
As part of the acquisition, Suzanne
Tatz, Founder and CEO of Statz Agency, will become a Managing
Partner in Integrity. Financial terms of the acquisition were not
disclosed.
