TDI adopts a rule for the publication of machine-readable files

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) adopts a rule to implement House Bill 2090, 87th Legislature, 2021. New Insurance Code Section 1662.103 requires the publication of machine-readable files that contain price-transparency data, and new Section 1662.107 requires TDI to prescribe by rule the form and manner in which the published files must be made available.
