Cigna Healthcare is partnering with Aledade Inc., an independent primary care network, on a
new value-based care initiative focused on the insurer’s Medicare Advantage
customers. Cigna’s MA members in Delaware, Maryland and Washington, D.C. will
have access to Aledade-partnered independent primary care practices, which
use Aledade’s tech platforms to enhance data analytics and workflow
capabilities, with the ultimate goal of improving outcomes for patients.
Cigna currently serves 23,535 MA and dual-eligible members in the
initiative’s service area. |
