About 300,000 Arizona Medicaid beneficiaries...
...will be transferred to new HMO plans in October,
when the state implements its new Complete Care program. The initiative will

Medicaid beneficiaries. About 14%
of Arizona's Medicaid eligibles remain in fee-for-service.
