(CMS) released an Informational Bulletin that describes CMS’s use of targeted
enforcement discretion to work with states to achieve compliance with
provisions of the Medicaid Home Health final rule. States must contact CMS by
May 31, 2018 to request assistance so that compliance can be assessed and any
necessary flexibility can be granted prior to July 1, 2018. The informational bulletin can be accessed on Medicaid.gov at https://www.medicaid.gov/Federal-Policy-Guidance/Federal-Policy-Guidance.html. |
