That metamorphosis paid off, giving those quick-thinking firms a leg up in Forbes’ 2023 ranking of America’s Best Insurance Companies. The results were gleaned from a survey conducted alongside Statista, where 15,000 participants evaluated their auto, renters, homeowners, term-life and permanent-life insurance providers in categories like financial advice, customer service, transparency, digital services and more.
