2019-2020 SCD Aggregate Data Infographic

Thursday, October 27 | 11:00 a.m. CT

Climate change and related weather disasters will affect us all, but the effects are especially devastating for those most vulnerable, like people living with dementia as well as their caregivers. In particular, do we prepare dementia caregivers for the aftermath of natural disasters? What can public health agencies and their partners do to strengthen the emergency response “ecosystem” related to dementia? This webinar will explore the role and opportunities for public health agencies to support people living with dementia and their family caregivers through preparedness, response, and recovery from natural disasters.
