Insurance Buyers Appeal Antitrust Loss To Sutter Health

insurance plan purchasers seeking more than $400 million from Sutter Health on
claims they overpaid because the hospital chain violated antitrust laws urged
the Ninth Circuit on Monday to reverse a California federal jury verdict that
sided with Sutter, saying the court wrongly blocked "vast" amounts of
relevant evidence.
