today, Wednesday, March 28, the SHOP Call Center is open:

through Friday

5:00 p.m. Eastern Time

The SHOP Call Center experiences peak wait times between
the 13th and 15th of the month. For reduced wait time, please call
earlier or later in the month. Additionally, the SHOP Call Center is
closed New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, July 4th,
Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, and Christmas.
