⬆️ Total commercial valuation in the city of Fort Worth for September 2022 amounted to $162 million, a 52% decrease from August’s $337 million. However, commercial valuation is up year over year by 36%. (September 2021 numbers were around $119 million). ⬆️ So far this year, 738 multifamily building permits were approved by the city, compared to 624 permits in 2021.
