Medicare
switchers were 3.8 times more likely than non-switchers to
receive help from an agent during the 2018 AEP.
The recently published
2018 Medicare Shopping and Switching Study sheds light on the use
of agents during AEP and the impact on switching, the lines of
Medicare business that agents focus on, and agent's positioning
and sales of Medicare Advantage PPOs.
