A federal judge in Texas last week ruled ...

Affordable Care Act is unconstitutional, citing the 2017 repeal of the individual
mandate. More than 10.9 million people are currently enrolled in ACA exchange
plans nationwide. The ruling will not take effect immediately, and may reach
the United States Supreme Court.
