Detroit-based Health Alliance Plan (HAP)
...a unit of the Henry Ford Health System, completed its
acquisition of Trusted Health Plan's Michigan outpost after receiving final
regulatory approvals last week. Trusted Health Plan is a Washington, D.C. based
Medicaid insurer, with 32,940 members in D.C. and 7,727 in Michigan.
