Oregon County: All Must Wear Face Masks. Except Blacks

From the story: “…people of color do not have to follow the new rule if they have ‘heightened concerns about racial profiling and harassment’ over wearing the masks, officials said” (NY Post).  

From Red State: One, this is blatantly unconstitutional. You can not have a mandatory mask law for only certain races. The fact that the local government would even try shows how far off the deep end they’ve gone. But worse, this is essentially putting minority lives at risk if masks are really as important as they say. They can’t have it both ways. Do masks work or not? If they work, do they want black people to die? (Red State).
