Why it matters: This seems like a fun follow up to yesterday's
item about innovation aging differently ... some don't deserve to age at all!
Workplace ideas are overrated by their progenitors, with only 6% of innovation
proposals being correctly valued. Companies can combat this mentality by having
evaluation separate from idea contribution and by soliciting ideas from the
front lines when possible.
