TDI proposes
updates to prior authorization form for drugs
The
Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) has posted a draft rule to update
the prior authorization request form for prescription drug benefits.
The proposed changes would streamline the process for authorizing
requests for continuation of therapy. Visit the TDI
