TDI proposes amendments to rules for
emergency cease and desist orders
The Texas Department of
Insurance (TDI) proposes to amend Texas Administrative
Code, Title 28, Chapter 1, Subchapter H, regarding emergency
cease and desist orders. Changes reflect statutory requirements in Senate Bill
1809, 87th Legislature, 2021.
