The Trump administration was sued last week by...
...four low-income New Hampshire residents who oppose the state’s
CMS-approved plans to add work requirements to its Medicaid program. New
Hampshire currently serves 141,856 Medicaid beneficiaries, with about 50,000
enrolled through Medicaid expansion, which the state adopted in 2014. The new
program, which requires 100 hours of work or another qualifying activity per
month for adults aged 19 to 64, is set to begin in August.
