Advocacy groups in Missouri are working to...

...get Medicaid expansion on the ballot in the state’s 2020 election, a strategy that’s already shown success in Idaho, Maine and Utah. Medicaid enrollment in Missouri has dropped 10.5% to 869,269 lives since August 2018, when the state implemented a new computer system that culled about 100,000 people from the rolls due to previously undetected changes in income.
