In what could be a major blow to...
...future of conservative Medicaid
reforms, a federal appeals court on Feb. 14 upheld a lower court's ruling that
Arkansas' Medicaid work requirements are "arbitrary and capricious,"
striking down the initiative once again. The Trump administration has not yet
indicated whether it will take the case to the Supreme Court. Arkansas
currently serves 846,351 Medicaid beneficiaries, with enrollment down 2.4% from
February 2019.
