Blue Cross of Idaho this month launched...

...a new advance payment program for independent providers and physician groups hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. Participating providers will receive cash payments from the insurer in April, May and June, which will be recovered interest-free in the fourth quarter of 2020. Blue Cross of Idaho is currently the largest insurer in the state, serving 534,041 lives, or 33.9% of Idaho’s overall market share.
