John Gilbert, owner of G-Texas Custom Catering,

G Texas Catering is
one of many Dallas caterers that staff and feed wedding receptions, concert
crews, conventions, corporate parties and nearly any celebration that’s now
been put on pause with no foreseeable restart date.
"I needed to get
creative," he says, "and we needed to do this together." Now, he
talks to his biggest competitor on a regular basis to help fill service
requests that have started coming in.
