CMS released a Center Informational Bulletin on Third Party Liability in Medicaid

Today, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released a Center Informational Bulletin (CIB) to assist states in ensuring that their Medicaid state plans comply with Third Party Liability (TPL) requirements reflected in current law. States should update their Medicaid TPL state plan pages and submit amendments to CMS to reflect the recent changes in law.
