More than three-quarters (76%) of respondents to a recent survey believe that utilizing a teledentistry platform increased access to care for patients. The finding was part of a series of three surveys of dental team members from Advantage Dental Oral Health Center in Oregon and Washington that measured perceptions before and after six months of teledentistry implementation. The surveys, the focus of a new CareQuest Institute report, also explored several other aspects of the care experience, including wait times, diagnoses, and overall satisfaction. |
