Air Force Reservist to Be Punished for Not Getting Vaccinated

From the story: The Supreme Court ruled Monday that the Pentagon can take disciplinary action against a lieutenant colonel in the Air Force Reserve who refused to follow the Pentagon’s COVID vaccine mandate due to religious objections. Jonathan Dunn had said he sought emergency relief to protect himself from “further punishment, including a discharge.” He was removed from his command after he refused the vaccine believing it violates his faith (Axios). 

From The Hill: The Defense Department last week urged the justices to deny the request, emphasizing the need for military readiness while arguing that Dunn had failed to demonstrate that he would suffer irreversible harm if his bid were denied (The Hill).
