What it
contains— The HBRC
currently features over 150 publicly available resources and will continue
to be updated with new content regularly.
The HBRC
includes:
•
CDC-verified resources and information all in one location.
• Robust
search functions to quickly access information.
• Reliable
and relevant resources available at no cost, including reports, toolkits,
webinars, data sets, and infographics focused on the Road Map topics of
caregiving, risk reduction, early detection, data, and educating
professionals.
• A user
manual providing clear guidance on how to use the HBRC.
Why we
did it—The Centers
for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Alzheimer’s Disease Program
created the HBRC to provide public health and other practitioners with
Alzheimer’s disease and dementia products, information, tools, resources,
and research findings that support the HBI Road Maps. The HBRC also offers
enhanced guidance and promotes uptake and adoption of Road Map actions.
Learn more
about the HBRC by visiting CDC’s Healthy Brain Resource Center website.
There is a live HBRC Orientation Webinar on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at
