Poll: 87 Percent of Americans are Concerned About Inflation

From the story: Eighty-seven percent of the registered voters who responded to the poll said they are either “extremely” or “very concerned” worried about the widespread inflation happening to the United States. When asked about the country dealing with the rising prices of gas, an even higher amount (94 percent) said they were worried; 67 percent of the respondent, when asked this question, said it is a “major” problem (Breitbart).

From Fox News: In addition, 48 percent believe their savings would last three months or less.  That was 34 percent the last time the question was asked 20 years ago (February 2001).  Over that time, the number with more than a year’s living expenses saved went from 29 percent to 12 percent today (Fox News).

From another story: When Donald Trump was president in 2020, the price to ship a container from Asia to California was $3,800. That price spiked to $17,000 in October of 2021, according to supply chain technology company Freightos (Breitbart).
