Working with a SHOP-registered agent or broker is one way to apply for and enroll in Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) health insurance for your small business.

To choose an agent or broker, you can:
  • Work with your current SHOP-registered agent or broker.
  • Find a new agent or broker. Use Find Local Help and enter your ZIP code to see SHOP-registered agents and brokers near you. You can also use Help On Demand to get immediate assistance.
