Recent bills that would have added work requirements to...
...West Virginia and Wyoming's Medicaid programs failed to pass in
state legislative sessions. Wyoming's bill died in the House over concerns that
vulnerable people may lose health coverage, while the West Virginia bill did
not make it to a House vote. West Virginia currently serves 520,849 Medicaid
beneficiaries, and Wyoming serves 60,397.
