A federal judge this week struck down...

...New Hampshire’s Medicaid work requirements, calling the program "arbitrary and capricious" in that it would potentially cause thousands of people to lose their health coverage. New Hampshire currently serves 175,234 Medicaid members, with more than 99% of beneficiaries enrolled in managed care plans offered by Well Sense Heath Plan and Centene Corp. CMS has not yet commented on whether it will appeal the decision.
