Study: Some eating habits may raise mortality risks

Skipping meals, fasting or eating meals too closely together were associated with a higher risk of premature death, researchers reported in The Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. The study included more than 24,000 Americans, ages 40 and older, who took part in a national health and nutrition survey from 1999 to 2014.
