move toward doing something different, and if it's effective, then others also
follow. Probably within the next year or two, most states will have
standardized ways on how directories must be updated. But right now, there is a
minimal amount of states with requirements."

posing more and more laws on how provider directories must be updated, plans
may be forced to pass increased costs on to beneficiaries.
