by Minneapolis-based Allina Health and Aetna, enrolled roughly 12,000 people in
its first quarter of operations, according to a regulatory filing cited by

to its 29,000 employees, was not disclosed.
Membership was roughly split 50-50 between coverage through employer groups and Medicare Advantage plans.
The joint venture, which launched in 2018, posted an operating loss of $3.3 million on $16.7 million during the first quarter, according to the Star Tribune.
