Proposed bona fide employer associations draft rule

TDI proposed amending the definitions in 28 TAC Chapter 26, Subchapter C because of a clarification in federal law. TDI proposed the amendment to establish a process to assess whether an employer group or association is a bona fide employer association eligible to act as a single employer in sponsoring an employee health benefit plan.
